តោះថ្ងៃនេះយើងមករៀនអំពីការបកប្រែអត្ថបទកាសែតមួយដែលដកស្រង់ចេញពីកាសែត Khmer Times ដោយអ្នកនឹងទទួលបាននូវពាក្យ ឃ្លាឃ្លង ដែលបកប្រែជាភាសាខ្មែរជាច្រើន។ បន្ថែមពីនេះអ្នកនឹងទទួលបានការបកប្រែជាភាសាខ្មែរជាស្រេចដែលជាការជួយសម្រួលបន្ថែមសម្រាប់អ្នកចង់ដឹងអំពីការបកប្រែថែមទៀតផង។ ខាងក្រោមនេះគឺជាអត្ថបទកាសែត៖
AIPA needs to maintain common stance, Heng Samrin says
លោក ហេង សំរិន៖ អន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ត្រូវរក្សាគោលជំហររួម
National Assembly president Heng Samrin said that the Asean Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) needs to maintain its common stance to foster sustainable development in the region. លោក ហេង សំរិន ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា អន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ត្រូវតែរក្សាគោលជំហររបស់ខ្លួនដើម្បីងលើកទឹកចិត្តទៅដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងតំបន់។
Speaking at the plenary session of the 40th General Assembly of AIPA in Bangkok today, Mr Samrin said that AIPA needs to have a common stance for the nations and people’s interest in order to promote business and investment. មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គនៃ មហាសន្និបាតលើកទី៤០នៃអន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ក្នុងទីក្រុងបាកងនាថ្ងៃនេះ លោកហេង សំរិន បាននិយាយថា អន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ត្រូវតែមានគោលជំហររួមដើម្បីជាតិនិងផលប្រយោជន៍ប្រជាជនដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់អាជីវកម្មនិងការវិនិយោគ។
“AIPA has to pay attention to follow up and maintain its common stance in supporting multilateralism based on the principle of international laws, respect, mutual understanding, interest without meddling, sovereignty and territorial integrity of individual country,” he said. លោក សំរិន បានមានប្រសាសថា៖ «អន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ត្រូវតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ដើម្បីតាមដាននិងថែរក្សាគោលជំហររបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការជួយគាំទ្រពហុភាគីដោយផ្អែកលើគោលការណ៍ច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ការគោរព ការយោគយល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ផលប្រយោជន៍មិនមានការជ្រៀតជ្រែក អធិបតេយ្យភាព បូរណភាពដែនដីនៃប្រទេសនីមួយៗ»។
The meetings are held under the theme of “Advancing Parliamentary Partnership for Sustainability Community Development” and run from Sunday to Friday in Bangkok. កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ការលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាដៃគូសភា ដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព» នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃអាទិត្រទៅដល់ថ្ងៃសុក្រនៅក្នុងទីក្រុងបាងកក។
He added that the parliamentary diplomacy and partnership are crucial to foster regional and global development. លោក ហេង សំរិន បានបន្ថែមទៀតថាភាពជាដៃគូនិងកាទូតសភាគឺពិតជាសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់ក្នុងការជួយជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងតំបន់និងពិភពលោក។
Mr Samrin requested that the AIPA consider the use of labour force through implementation of improved social protection system among Asean member countries in order to ensure that all migrant workers and their families are protected by the law and provided with non-discriminatory public services. លោក សំរិន បានស្នើសុំឲ្យ AIPA គិតគូរអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងពលកម្មតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តការបង្កើនប្រព័ន្ធការពារសង្គមក្នុងចំណោមប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានទាំងអស់ដើម្បីធានាថារាល់ពលករចំណាកស្រុកទាំងអស់និងក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេត្រូវបានការពារដោយច្បាប់ដែលផ្ដល់ដោយសេវាកម្មសាធារណៈដោយមិនមានការរើសអើង។
Formed in 1977, AIPA is the centre of communication and information among member parliaments which consist of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. អន្តរសភាអាស៊ាន (AIPA) ដែលត្រូវបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៧ គឺមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទំនាក់ទំនងនិងព័ត៌មានមួយក្នុងចំណោមសមាជិកសភាទាំងអស់ដែលមានប្រទេសប្រុយណេ កម្ពុជា ឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី ម៉ាឡេស៊ី មីយ៉ានម៉ា ហ្វីលីពីន សិង្ហបុរី ថៃ និងវៀតណាម៕
